Abstract Title:Stronger Together RN and RPN Collaborative Practice

Biography:

Alicia Jones experience is as a Nurse Researcher in developing designs for standardization in framework that strengthen collaborative practice between Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses. Her research using Action Research has identify core areas in nursing practice that has break down teamwork between nurses that often led to medical errors, job-dissatisfaction and nurses resigning their jobs. She plans to use her research to further look at other health practitioner’s collaborative practice with the aim to strengthen team work among various categories of health and non-health professionals.
