Abstract Title:Application of Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) in the Outcomes of Two-Year New Staff Training

Biography:

I am a nurse and have worked in the ward for nearly 8 years. I come into contact with different cardiac patients every day and learn a lot of clinical experience from them. These experiences have enriched my current teaching work and allowed me to participate in this Contribute. In the past, I was in contact with patients, but now I am in contact with new nurses in different disciplines. I hope that through effective teaching planning, I can help more new nurses adapt to clinical work as soon as possible

Research Interest:

Designed multiple innovative teaching aids on February 7, 2024, and implemented them in the critical care unit from February 8 to February 10, 2024, and conducted publicity in the morning meeting on how to use the teaching aid model and how to succeed in on-site teaching Select peripheral venous lines and implantation skills, and audit 18 nursing staff in the critical care unit in March, June, and September 2024. The audit contents are based on the intravenous nursing audit form, including preparation of supplies and how to select them. Blood vessels, how to give fluids after implantation, care and precautions after placing pipelines, the audit results were statistically analyzed, and the total average score reached 99.78 points (SD=2.31). After practicing with multiple innovative teaching aids, the nursing staff in the critical unit It greatly improves the peripheral venous line implantation technology, and you will not feel great pressure every time before performing intravenous injection technology. This design is deeply loved by nursing colleagues in clinical practice, and has been unanimously praised for its clinical practicability, and the key point is that it can be reused. It is worthy of promotion and can also allow nursing staff to increase the success rate of peripheral vein implantation to maximize benefits
