Biography:

Wen Shan Chou is a Clinical Nursing Education Specialist at the Koo Foundation Sun Yat Sen Cancer Center in Taiwan, with over 15 years of experience in oncology nursing, critical care, and stem cell transplantation, and 10 years in nursing education. She specializes in developing innovative programs that emphasize physical assessment, clinical judgment, and leadership. Nancy has collaborated with the Taiwan Oncology Nursing Society to create Clinical Practice Guidelines on intravenous therapy, chemotherapy safety, and targeted therapy-related skin toxicities. Passionate about evidence-based education and collaboration, she is dedicated to advancing nursing practice and fostering professional growth in healthcare teams
