Abstract Title: Title of Presentation: Integrating AI-Generated Unfolding Case Studies into Undergraduate Nursing Education

Biography: Elizabeth Santos is a transformational nursing leader and educator with over a decade of experience in acute care and higher education. As Associate Director of Nursing, she leads curriculum design, accreditation readiness, and faculty development for prelicensure programs. She implemented mentoring and exam-rigor strategies that increased NCLEX pass rates from 67% in 2020 to 99.8% in 2025. Elizabeth holds an MBA in Human Resources, MSN in Nursing Education, and is pursuing her DNP in Educational Leadership. She is board-certified as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC), NPD Specialist (NPD-BC), and CNE. She actively participates in ANA, NLN, NCNA, OADN, and Sigma Theta Tau.
