Biography: Dr. Jennifer DellAntonio, DEd, MSN, RN, CNE, is the Founding Director of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at Juniata College in Pennsylvania. An experienced nurse educator, she brings clinical expertise and extensive leadership in curriculum design, accreditation, and simulation-based education. Dr. DellAntonio’s scholarship focuses on clinical judgment development, caring feedback practices, moral courage, and professional identity formation in undergraduate nursing students. She is a passionate advocate for integrating liberal arts education with nursing science to prepare compassionate, resilient nurse leaders for complex healthcare systems.
