Biography:

Biography: I am a nurse, currently working in the intensive care unit of the Hsinchu Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, with more than 15 years of clinical work. I graduated from the Health Care Management Institute of Yuanpei University of Medical Science and Technology. I was employed by a nursing university to teach critical care. I am passionate about nursing. , hoping to use innovation and multi-faceted skills to improve clinical work difficulties.

Research Interest:

The intensive care unit is a place where there is often a tug-of-war with death. Patients are often equipped with a variety of monitors and filled with various tubes. In March 2013, four nursing staff were attacked by the same delirium patient. Looking back from January to June 2012, there were 2 cases of patient safety tube slippage, and the incidence rate was 0.19%. The analyzed reason was that the patient suddenly became emotional for unknown reasons and was unable to cooperate with treatment. The purpose is to enable critically ill patients to receive better quality care and reduce family members' distrust of medical staff. The intensive care unit nurse and unit nurse reviewed the literature to understand the occurrence and prevention of delirium. After many brainstorming and discussions, they designed a "multimedia mobile music car" and "day and night reminder cards", and From July 4th to July 7th, 2012, as the MICU is a critical care unit, three shifts of colleagues were used to gather for publicity, operation of "Multimedia Mobile Music Car" and "Day and Night Reminder Cards" teaching aids and on-site teaching. A total of 143 critically ill patients admitted to the MICU from August to October 2012 were used for statistics and analysis. The average age was 65.66 (SD=16.57). In terms of awareness, 113 people, accounting for 79.02%, had GCS ≥ 8 points and were clearly aware and able to interact. Multimedia mobile music carts and reminder cards were provided. 102 people, accounting for 90.27%, did not experience delirium when using multimedia mobile music carts and reminder cards. A total of 505 people who used endotracheal tubes from August to October were analyzed, and the number of unplanned endotracheal tube slippages was 0.0%. From August to October, there were 23 cases of patient gratitude.
