Biography: Sylvia is highly experienced and specialized Clinical Care Nurse and dedicated research investigator with over two decades of clinical experience in critical care and neurotrauma. Possesses advanced formal qualifications in Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership (Level 7) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing Science. Successfully applies expertise as the Neuroscience Nursing Training Coordinator and Trainer at MOI. Currently working on awareness on Neuroscience Nursing Education in Tanzania and East Africa in General. She has contributed in Neurosurgery research paper-Doi: 10.1016/j.wneu.2023.08.111 and Hand book for Neurosurgical Nurse under Asian Congress of Neurosurgical Nurses. She has participated in several global conferences and make contribution through presentations on Nursing perspectives.
